DATA TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS

On the 9th November 2015 the Parish Council confirmed the implementation of the relevant requirements of the Local Government Transparency Code and the Local Government Transparency Code for Smaller Councils by the Yapton Parish Council whilst accepting that there is currently no legal requirement for the Council to comply with the codes.

The following pages are those the Parish Council are publishing in compliance with the codes. The frequency of when the pages will be updated is also shown:
