FORD ECO-TOWN
9. A draft response to the DCLG consultation documents
which had been prepared by the Chairman was approved (copy attached to minute book).
The Chairman indicated that the response would need to be updated to
take account of the FAVG transport assessment and the recently published

circulated to members for comments as soon as possible.
ARUN DISTRICT COUNCIL
CONSULTATION ON OPTIONS FOR
GROWTH PROPOSALS

he had attended at which those present
had been briefed by officers and invited to comment on and rank the three options
put forward by Arun District Council for meeting the forecast demand for new

12. With
regard to planning application Y/1/09/L, the grounds for the objection were as
follows:
·

conservation area. Whilst it was
appreciated that a previous satellite dish was mounted at the front of the
property, it did look out of place and incongruous with the surroundings.
·
The Parish
Council would however raise no objection to a satellite dish being sited to the
rear of the building where it would be less prominent.
13. With
regard to planning application FP/26/09/, the grounds for the objection were as
