YAPTON PARISH COUNCIL
PLANNING COMMITTEE
10 November 2008 – At a meeting of the Planning Committee held at
Yapton & Ford Village Hall.
Present: Mr Faulkner (Chairman), Mr Andrews,
Mrs Barnes and Mrs Wallbridge.
Apologies for
absence were received and accepted from Mr Jones.
Also present: Mr Tansley (Clerk of the Council).
DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
33. Members were reminded to make any
declarations of personal and/or prejudicial interest that they may have in
relation to items on the agenda.
34. Mr
Faulkner declared a personal interest in planning application Y/67/08/T (agenda
item 6). Mr Andrews, Mrs Barnes and Mr
Faulkner all declared personal/prejudicial interests in planning application
Y/69/08/T (agenda item 6). In view of the fact that the meeting would be
inquorate for consideration of this particular application, it was agreed that it
be referred to the meeting of the full Parish Council for determination.
MINUTES
35. Resolved – That the minutes of the
meeting held on 8 September 2008 be approved as a correct record and that they
be signed by the Chairman.
MATTERS ARISING
36. The
