YAPTON PARISH COUNCIL

PLANNING COMMITTEE

12 November 2007 – At a meeting of the Planning Committee held at Yapton & Ford Village Hall.

Present: Mr Faulkner (Chairman), Mr Andrews, Mrs Barnes, Mr Jones and Mrs Wallbridge.

FUTURE MEETINGS OF PLANNING COMMITTEE

Members agreed to the suggestion that meetings of the Planning Committee should in future normally be scheduled to take place in the Village Hall at 7.00 pm before each Parish Council meeting. The scheduled meetings would consider the latest planning applications received. As at present, additional meetings would be called between these times in consultation with the Chairman to determine other applications on which a decision was required.

It was noted that the hard copies of each planning application received would continue to be circulated to members but in addition they would now be able to access online the full details beforehand. This would be possible via emails from Arun District Council which would be forwarded to members by the Clerk as and when received.
