Application to discharge planning obligation dated 14th March 1995 imposed on Y/52/94. Relating to the selling or letting of land.

The reasons for the objection were as follows:

The Deed between the Applicants and Arun District Council was entered into to prevent change of use and inappropriate development of the land described in the Deed. In our view the change proposed to the Deed would make this parcel of land vulnerable to future development not in keeping with the protection afforded in the second schedule.

We therefore urge that this application to amend the Deed is declined.
