The Planning Committee had before them and considered the following planning application(s)

and resolved as indicated:-

Y/69/04/

1 new chalet bungalow (Re-submission following planning application Y/53/04/)

Plot adjacent to no. 1 Cherry Avenue Yapton OBJECTION

The reasons for the objection were as follows:

1) The design of the proposed dwelling is not in keeping with existing adjacent buildings;

2) The building would appear to be some two and a half metres higher than existing buildings in the immediate vicinity.

The reason for the objection was as follows:
