The Planning Committee had before them and considered the following planning application(s) and resolved as indicated:-

2 new chalet bungalows

Plot adjacent to 1 Cherry Avenue Yapton For: Mrs J Jones Case Officer: Mrs A Gardner OBJECTION

The reasons for the objection were as follows:

1) The proposed application is considered to be an overdevelopment of the area;

2) The proposal is unneighbourly;

3) The design does little to blend with the existing buildings located on adjacent land and would therefore look out of place.
