Outline application for residential development of five houses and six flats

Land between 6/7 and 17 West View Drive Yapton For: Mr Simon J Arch Case Officer: Mrs A Gardner OBJECTION

The reasons for the objection were as follows:

1) The proposed mixed residential development of flats and houses is out of character with neighbouring properties and the density is not in keeping with the present housing provided at this location;

2) Bats have been observed at this location and it is felt the present environment should be not be disturbed on behalf of this protected species.
