Outline application for residential development of ten houses

Land between 6/7 and 17 West View Drive Yapton For: Mr Simon J Arch Case Officer: Mrs A Gardner OBJECTION

The reasons for the objection were as follows:

1) The proposed residential development is at an increased density and is therefore not in keeping with the present housing provided at this location;

2) Bats have been observed at this location and it is felt the present environment should be protected on their behalf.
