The Committee’s observations are as follows:

The annexe extension is a four bedroom addition to the house. It could easily be made into a pair of semi-detached homes as the extension upstairs is completely separate from the existing ground floor. The proposed ground floor has two kitchen, two utility rooms, two lounges and two bathrooms.
