Members are reminded that if they are unable to attend the meeting, reasons for absence must be given for approval by the Council.

2. Declarations of Interest

Members are reminded to make any declarations of personal and/or prejudicial interests that they may have in relation to items on the agenda.

3. Planning Applications

To consider the Council’s response to Planning List No 19 (copy attached) which includes application no Y/29/08/ (Erection of 1 No 3 bedroom detached dwelling and garage – Land at Church House, Church Lane) which is unable to be determined by the Planning Committee because of the personal/prejudicial interests of three members of the Planning Committee.
